Requirements
The purpose of Doggy Daycare is to provide a safe,
fun, and stimulating environment for dogs. To ensure the safety and health of
all our dogs, we require that everyone comply with the following Rules and
Requirements.
Pass temperament evaluation half day
Complete paperwork: pet personality profile,
owner info sheet, owner agreement and veterinary record consent form.
Proof of rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis,
Para influenza, and Parvovirus), & bordetella vaccinations
Pups: less than 4 months old require second
set of DHPP & bordetella. Older than 4 months requires rabies vaccination
